PETS

Pets are such an important part of our lives and our family make-up. They offer us relationships similar to those we have with humans - companionship, fun, comfort and so much more. When they die, we feel that loss in much the same way as when we lose any other family member or friend. 

Creating a ceremony to honor your pet can also help children to more understand and express loss and share grief. There are crematoriums and cemeteries that offer spaces for ceremonies but you may wish to hold this at your home or in your garden.
